Cauliflower wraps are very easy. You will need parchment paper.
1 1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower (I use my food processor)
2 egg whites
Healthy shake of reduced fat parm and garlic
1/2 cup fat free cheese
Mix together until well blended. Spread on parchment paper and bake in oven at 420 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Fill with Chicken salad, or tuna salad. The one in the picture above has a chicken strip made with reduced fat parm coating and cooked in frying pan in EVOO
