Healthy Sheppards Pie

1 serving ground turkey & onion-Saute in Frying pan.  Add 2 Tbls corn or peas (which ever you like best)  I am not using either one.  If I can take it or leave it, I leave it.

Next for the cauliflower mashed tatoes

Steam cauliflower until very tender, add dash evoo, salt, pepper garlic, reduced fat parm. Mash with a potato masher or food processor.  Spoon in your tatoe mixture with your ground turkey/onion and heat until hot.
