A great substitute for bread. Very simple
1 1/2 C. ground cauliflower
2 egg whites
1/2 C fat-free mozzarella
sprinkle a good amount of reduced fat parm and garlic (on occasion I like to use Garlic & Herb seasoning for a different taste)
Mix until nice and creamy. Spread on parchment paper into 2 round wraps. Bake 35 minutes on 420 degrees until golden brown.
