Hot & Spicy Chicken strips & slaw

Take out a piece of your pre-cooked chicken breast.  Slice into strips.  (aprox 3/4 breast).

Lights brush strips with Ken’s hot wing marinade then sprinkle with reduced fat parm on both sides of the strip.

Cook in Tbls EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) on medium heat until slightly crispy.

Slaw

Cabbage chopped, carrot shaved, onion chopped, 1 pack Truvia, dollop of light mayo, pepper.

Mix all ingredients.  Lets set while chicken is cooking and mix again to make sure the Truvia is dissolved.

There is a new pre-cut package of slaw called Broccoli slaw that is also very good.
