Turkey Pizza Iola
Take a serving of turkey burger spread thinly on the bottom of your frying pan. Sprinkle with garlic and cook. When done take out and set aside.
In the same pan throw in your toppings: all three colored peppers, onion, mushrooms pretty much any veggie you like and saute. When these are done the way you like them take them out of the pan and put your burger back in. Spread a Tbls spaghetti sauce (low sugar and sodium) over your turkey burger. Put toppings on as well as your fat-free mozzarella. Cover until cheese is melted.
*I open a can of Spaghetti sauce and keep in the fridge in a plastic dish to use throughout the week.
