½ pound ground Turkey (93% lean)
1/8 cup of whole kernel corn
½ head cauliflower
1T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Reduced-fat Parmesan Cheese
Low sodium chicken broth
Brown ground Turkey and onion. Lightly sprinkle with garlic. When done sprinkle corn over meat mixture.
To make the caulimash simply steam cauliflower until soft. Add tablespoon EVOO, RF Parmesan, Garlic, and low sodium chicken broth. Make the same way you would mashed potatoes.
This is a delicious meal. Very little calories and very filling. Hope you enjoy.
