Un-stuffed Bell Peppers
Tomato (this is optional, I had it left over. Canned is perfectly fine)
1/3 head of Cauliflower Ground or chopped finely (this is your rice)
93% lean Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup spaghetti Sauce
1/4 Cup Fat-Free mozzarella
Brown ground turkey with onion. Add in all veggies including ground cauliflower. Let simmer about ten minutes. Then add sauce. Simmer about twenty minutes or until done. Top with mozzarella and enjoy.
