The bottom line of healthy eating is to eat high nutrient and low density foods that fill you up with goodness – not fill you out. Try to eat most of your snacks in between meals as unprocessed and fresh fruits and especially vegetables. Remember, colour is key, and an extra way to brighten up this cold winter 🙂
