½ Pound 93% lean ground turkey
1 Cup Spaghetti Sauce
Green Bell Pepper-chopped
½ Fresh tomato (canned is OK to. Be sure to buy “no salt added”)
Sauté ground turkey until done then add onion, celery, green pepper and tomato. Sauté another ten minutes then add sauce. Simmer as long as you like. I like my chili to simmer a while. I find it’s even better the next day.
Makes 2 Servings. One for the freezer and one for the fridge. J
