Low Fat, Low Sugar Pistachio Pie

2 C. Fat-Free Milk
1 1/2 C. Light Whipped Topping
8 Sheets Graham crackers
2 T. Coconut Oil

For pie filling: Mix Pudding, Milk until firm, add whipped topping and stir. 

For Crust: Grind graham crackers and coconut oil together. Spread across the bottom of pan and up on to the sides.

Throw in pie filling and let set. Add four Nilla wafer’s to garnish. (optional)
