My Daily Intentions and Desires

My intentions for the day are to be sure to give attention to the daily affirmations I have picked out for myself for the day.  After listening to only half of the You Can Do It video by Louise Hay, I know that I have to give my attention to my affirmations more than just once in the morning.  They will not work if I do them in the morning and then return to my regular thoughts for the rest of the day.  Even though my thought process is pretty positive at this point in my life, I want to be using the proper affirmations that will bring about the health and prosperity I deserve.

I also intend to practice my conscious breathing techniques, as I know that conscious breathing will keep me in the now, the only place I need to be.  I do not have time to worry about yesterday or become anxious about tomorrow.  Neither the past or the future exist at this moment, therefore I will not waste my intention or attention on them.

I also intend to assess my hunger, and if cravings should arise, I shall remind myself that I am a strong, determined woman who chooses to feed her mind, body and soul with only the healthiest foods, and thoughts.  If need be, I will delve deeply enough to understand what exactly it is, I am hungry for, if I find food is not the answer.

Finally, I intend to stay calm and flow from situation to situation with the grace that God has given me.

I am off to brave the frozen tundra so I can get my Curves in for the day.  Oh, how I long for green grass and full trees.  I miss nature something fierce.  I cannot wait for the days when Rog and I can get back to the trails and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the forest.  It will come in time but until then I will post some pictures of our adventures.
