  • Practice being mindful of my thoughts
  • Practice including my positive affirmations into my stream of thoughts
  • Practice assessing my hunger and including more protein to help with the sugar withdrawal
  • Practice consciously breathing
  • Practice talking less and listening more

There, that is my intentions and desires in a nutshell.  Life is amazing.  I am another day older and another day better.  😉
