Rules to live by..

1)      Work hard at everything you do

2)      Exercise daily; do anything as long as you’re moving!

3)      Be positive, see positive. If you change the way you look at the things the things you look at change.

4)      Eat: protein, healthy fats like avocado/nuts & fibrous carbohydrates like quinoa, sweet potato & dark green vegetables.

5)      Don’t be afraid to take chances

6)      Sleep well

7)      Stay present and live in the moment, don’t plan too much.

8)      Cut sugar

9)      Don’t expect too much from others, just appreciate what you do have; look after it and be grateful.

10)   Don’t believe everything you think, your mind is a powerful thing, train it well.

11)   Don’t take things too personally or seriously; the problems you’re having probably aren’t as serious as they seem

12)   Always remember, you’re not being rejected from something good you’re simply…
